After years of working as a colorist at post houses in Los Angeles and NYC, I started Lakeview Post as a way to continue my involvement in film and television while living in Utah, where I moved to raise my family.
In addition to grading many local productions over the last nine years, my being located here has not kept me from working on projects filmed or based in other areas throughout the United States. Overnight shipping makes it easy to get a hard drive back and forth, and fast internet speeds make it convenient to send notes, stills, and even clips back and forth if needed. If you don't happen to be local, the one thing I can't offer is supervised sessions, but I work to make up for that by communicating in detail with my clients, in order to make sure the final delivery is one you will be proud to screen anywhere. I would like to earn your business, but even more, I would like to earn your repeat business.

Customer Testimonials
George is an amazing colorist, with a psychic link to detail. He is a professional through and through. I have enjoyed working with George in the past, and respect his talent for color.
Lloyd Barnett
Film Director, VFX Supervisor
George is the rare artist that can combine technical excellence, a keen and creative eye, with an unflappable demeanor. No matter how tight the deadline or demanding the client is, George keeps a level head; but he never sacrifices technical quality or looses sight of the final creative vision.
